As a Project Manager- Corporate Responsibility, your primary role is to develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable and social responsibility practices within LeaderPromos. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to integrate sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for supporting the B Corp strategy and governance to maintain LeaderPromos’ certification and achieve its goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Sustainability and social impact strategy: Develop and implement sustainability and social impact strategies aligned with B Corp principles, including setting goals, tracking progress, and reporting on impact.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, customers, suppliers, and community partners, to foster collaboration and drive sustainable initiatives.
  • B Corp certification process: Manage the B Corp certification process for the organization, including conducting assessments, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with B Corp standards.
  • Compliance and reporting: Stay up to date with B Corp standards and requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and timely submission of required reports and documentation.
  • Performance measurement and improvement: Track metrics and measurement systems to evaluate the organization's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.
  • Employee education and engagement: Educate and engage employees on B Corp principles, sustainability practices, and social impact initiatives, fostering a culture of responsibility and involvement.
  • Collaboration and partnerships: Collaborate with other B Corps, sustainability organizations, and industry peers to share best practices, explore partnership opportunities, and drive collective impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability or Environmental, Social, and Governance or Business-related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate project management role
  • Strong drive and independence- natural leader personality
  • Stakeholder management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build relationships based on trust and collaboration.
  • Project management skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a challenging environment.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of B Corp principles and standards : Familiarity with B Corp certification process, standards, and assessment tools, along with a strong understanding of sustainability and responsible business practices - preferred
  • Understanding of sustainability management: Previous experience in sustainability management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or related fields, with a history of developing and implementing sustainability strategies and driving positive change.
  • Analytical and reporting skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability and social impact, and effectively communicate findings through reports and presentations.
