We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Community Service Agency (CSA). You'll be at the forefront of providing intensive care coordination services to young individuals (ages 3-21) facing emotional challenges. We're offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this role!
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with opportunities for both in-person and remote work. Reliable transportation is needed for community visits.
What You'll Be Doing:
Inspire and Guide: Provide visionary leadership, supervision, and training to your team, ensuring the program's success.
Champion the Wraparound Model: Ensure your team consistently applies the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all their work.
Build a Strong Team: Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of program staff.
Provide 24/7 Support: Offer on-call emergency support when needed.
Empower through Care: Oversee the implementation of care coordination services, helping families and youth reach their goals.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
LICSW or LMHC licensure.
A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
