Your Role

We're looking for an exceptional Aviation Program Manager to spearhead our partnerships with some of the world's most prestigious airlines. This is not just another PM role; you will be the primary driver of highly visible, high-impact programs that are critical to our company's success and the future of our industry. This hybrid position requires a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Miramar, South Florida location. Candidates must be based in FL state to apply for this position due to the periodic travel to our South Florida office. Candidates must also have flexibility to travel quarterly to customer sites.

As our Aviation Program Manager, you will have a significant impact on our growth and the industries we serve. You will:

  • Lead Landmark Programs: Take full ownership of planning and implementing large, complex B2B software and technology programs for multiple airline clients simultaneously.
  • Be the Face of Quvia: Serve as the primary communication link between Quvia and key client stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring expectations are managed and met.
  • Champion the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer within Quvia. You will identify and manage service deficiencies and work cross-functionally with sales and senior management to propose innovative solutions and growth opportunities.
  • Drive Technical & Financial Success: Guide internal teams to deliver complex technical solutions on time and on budget. You will be responsible for documenting program progress, managing financial performance, and ensuring adherence to contracts.
  • Shape Our Processes: Help build the future of our program management function by developing resource planning tools, implementing dashboards and metrics, and improving processes to ensure smooth delivery for our clients.

What You'll Need

  • Location: Candidates must be based in FL.
  • Essential Industry Experience: You must have direct experience with In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and wireless IFC-related program deployments. This is critical to succeeding in this role.
  • Proven Program Management Expertise: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years managing complex enterprise IT, networking, or software deployment projects for large clients using both traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Technical & Tool Proficiency: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline. You are highly proficient with PM tools including JIRA, MS Project, and SharePoint.
