Job Description

Immediate openings in Iowa City for an experienced Team Lead . This opportunity offers $18.50/hour , room for growth, and a collaborative work environment. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure products are packaged correctly and efficiently for display.

Hours M-F:

3rd shift: 11:00pm to 7:15am

Pay: $18.50

Possible Overtime

Location: Iowa City, Iowa

The associates work will include:

• The associate will be working in the Power Pack Department. In the absence of the Shift Supervisor:
• Communicate with on?duty Remedy Team Lead for staffing and production concerns.
• Meet team members at time clock and stay there until 10 minutes after the shift.
• Oversee all Remedy? related operations while communicating with On?site Manager for all areas.
• Ensure production, safety, policies and procedures are being followed throughout shift.
• Make scheduling adjustments based on staffing numbers for the day and on an as?needed basis by checking production board. Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of Remedy and the customer in the most professional manner possible.

Qualified applicants will be able to: (Requirements)

• Minimum of 6 months Production of manufacturing experience. (Some supervision preferred)
• Show an attitude of leading by example and treating people with respect at all times.
• Ability to establish a positive team environment between the customer, associates and Remedy Essential Skills/Traits:
• Ability to multitask
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Ability to facilitate and ensure all necessary activities required each day are completed
• Address issues and concerns as they arise
• Complete objectives as well as all activities scheduled for the day
• Ability to maintain calm under highly stressful situations/environment
• Operate pallet jack and cardboard bailer.
• Work with minimal supervision
