Job Description
Key areas of responsibility to include: process improvements & troubleshooting, developing process capabilities and specifications, maintaining quality objectives, investigating and reducing variances, and other special projects as required.
Results oriented position requires significant “on the floor” presence investigating and troubleshooting processes and project work. The candidate will also be expected to possess strong computer skills including SolidWorks, Auto CAD, & all MS Office applications.
This is a highly visible position requiring strong initiative, communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision on multiple projects. The successful candidate will possess the strong desire and drive to be a process owner, giving presentations to executive management and conducting training classes.
Requirements include a BS Engineering degree (Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
