PPC Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

LASCANA developed into a fast-growing company in the US and is now looking for a dynamic and reliable addition in the area of Performance Marketing. If developing and managing comprehensive PPC strategies on Google and Bing excites you, and you have a passion for optimizing keywords and defining custom target audiences, we encourage you to apply. Familiarity with metrics like CTR, AOV, and ROAS is essential.

???? This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 to 3 days per week onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns (SEM, PLA, Display, Remarketing) to acquire new customers, enhance retention, and drive profitable sales.
• Manage and execute campaign adjustments on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other online marketing platforms.
• Lead key initiatives and projects, including landing page testing, ad creative development, keyword research, and ad group structuring.
• Monitor expenditure and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for landing page and site copy improvements to boost conversions and reduce costs.
• Analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Generate regular reports on KPIs, goal tracking, revenue, and other paid search metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 4 years of dedicated PPC experience.
• Proficiency with Shopping Feed Management Platforms, particularly DataFeedWatch.
• Experience managing extensive keyword campaigns using tools like AHREFS.
• Strong skills in budget reconciliation, click and conversion data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Self-motivated to achieve results with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Google Ads Search Certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in B2C e-commerce is advantageous.
