🚨 Plant Manager – Engineered Building Materials

Central Ohio | Manufacturing Leadership | Full-Time

A leading manufacturer of engineered building systems is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee one of its flagship production facilities. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for end-to-end plant operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development.

🔹 What You’ll Lead:

• Full plant operations: safety, production, maintenance, materials, and cost control
• A growing operation with modern processes and a continuous improvement mindset
• Lean initiatives to drive process efficiency and eliminate waste
• ISO 9000-based quality systems
• Capital project management and labor planning

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of plant or operations leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Background in engineered wood products or related industrial manufacturing preferred
• Strong financial and analytical skills (budgeting, forecasting, KPIs)
• Proven track record of building strong, safety-focused teams
• Hands-on leader with a continuous improvement mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations leadership experience

💬 Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be open to variable hours as needed.
