Responsibilities
- Visit sites to provide paint estimation using PEP paint estimating software
- Estimate Accurately
- Utilize own vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Manage the sales flow for 10-15 customers per week
- Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients
- Serve as a point of contact for customers
- Complete necessary administrative paperwork
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Attend weekly review meetings as scheduled and report into management
- Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff

Work Location
You Should Apply If You
- Know how to estimate and sell painting jobs (1 year minimum experience)
- Are confident walking job sites solo and speaking with GCs, or homeowners
- Understand prep, coverage, labor hours, materials, and finish schedules
- Are well-spoken, organized, and reliable
- Want full control of your time and income
- Are based in Colorado Springs (or nearby) and familiar with residential and commercial painting
