Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Psychology Instructor to join our faculty. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the educational journey of students by delivering engaging and informative online courses. As an Online Psychology Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor students, and contribute to their academic and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive online psychology courses that align with program objectives and academic standards.
• Create engaging and interactive course content, including lectures, assignments, assessments, and discussion forums.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their coursework and academic progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active student participation and critical thinking.
• Utilize a variety of educational technologies and resources to enhance the online learning experience.
• Stay current with advancements in psychology and educational best practices to ensure course materials remain relevant.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and update course content as needed.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other institutional activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a closely related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in psychology, preferably in an online or higher education setting.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and online teaching tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Commitment to staying updated with trends in psychology and educational methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
