40-bed Medical / Telemetry Monitored unit; Epic experience REQUIRED; MEDICAL EXPERIENCE WITH TELEMETRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must have a MINIMUM of 2 years recent related medical/telemetry experience in a medium to large sized facility. Patient population includes Pre and Post catheterization, Pacemaker and EP study patients; chest pain etiology unknown, cardiac dysrhythmia, CHF, hypertension, syncope, abdominal pain and others. Must be comfortable caring for and monitoring post cardiac procedural patients. MUST have telemetry proficiency; will be required to pass a Dysrhythmia and Medication test upon start of assignment. Flexibility to float to Sister unit 3 North, Tele and other Medical/Surgical and related telemetry and observation units which may include but not limited to other units within the Heart Hospital arena: 1 Specialty progressive and 3 / 4 Specialty universal bed units. Patient contact may include COVID-19 patients. BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred.
