The ideal candidate should be a diligent professional, motivated to take on a range of office support duties. Your ability to perform multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of quality will be essential.
Key skills include outstanding organizational capabilities and time management, enabling you to prioritize tasks successfully. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is a must.
While experience with Quickbooks is not mandatory, it is considered a significant advantage. You will be working approximately 20 hours a week, allowing for flexibility within your schedule.
