The North Platte Natural Resources District in Scottsbluff is accepting applications for an Office Assistant & A/R Clerk. Primary duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing accounts receivable invoices and statements, processing customer payments and bank deposits.
Applicants must have strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with basic office equipment and customer service skills. Additionally, applicants must also have a valid Nebraska driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with accounts receivable, experience with QuickBooks Online, and experience as an office assistant or similar position. Other experience, education or desirable characteristics may be considered.
