Night Shift Production Operators – Cleanroom Manufacturing (Semiconductor Industry)

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Company: Manpower in partnership with Broadcom

Manpower is hiring Night Shift Production Operators to work in a Cleanroom Manufacturing environment at Broadcom, a leading company in the semiconductor industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and develop valuable skills in the technology sector.

Shift Details (Night Shifts Only):

C Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
⏰ 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
💲 $22.00/hour
D Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
⏰ 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
💲 $23.00/hour

Note: The first 2 weeks of training will be on Day Shift :
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (Required and Verified)
Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or machine operation is a plus
Comfortable using computers and following detailed instructions
Strong commitment to excellent attendance
Reliable transportation
Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment :
Must wear cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, and safety glasses
No makeup, jewelry, perfumes, or colognes allowed
