A Neonatology Physician provides specialized medical care to premature and critically ill newborn infants in a hospital neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This role involves full-time, in-house coverage without on-call responsibilities, ensuring continuous patient care in a Level IIIa NICU setting. The physician collaborates with a team of pediatric providers to deliver high-quality care to vulnerable infants.
