Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (10 hours/day)
• Friday–Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8 hours/day)
• Sunday: Off

NSC Staffing is hiring experienced 1st and 2nd Class Marine Electricians for a temp to hire, night shift opportunity supporting shipyard operations for our customer in Panama City, Florida. We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of marine or industrial electrical experience who are ready to work in a high-performance environment with steady hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain marine electrical systems aboard vessels and in industrial settings
• Work with transformers, power panels, motors, switches, and control circuits
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty wiring and electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform inspections and testing using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Follow OSHA and shipyard safety standards at all times
• Support and mentor junior electricians

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Marine Electrician or Industrial Electrician
• Proven ability to work with transformer systems, power panels, and shipboard electrical networks
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English (safety requirements)
• Must pass Fiber and Electrician assessments
• Able to work from schematics and wiring diagrams
• OSHA certification or willingness to complete training
