Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient operation of machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hopewell Junction, NY

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday, 3 PM - 1:45 AM

What's the Job?

• Prepare operators by scanning boxes and organizing tools.
• Safely handle knives and ensure they are placed into trays properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Effective communication skills to work within a team.
