Machining Operator 
We have a Direct Hire Opportunity with a leading manufacturer in Green Bay, WI. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Machining experience preferred - BUT not Required.

Job Title: Machine Operator - CNC

Location: Green Bay , WI

Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am

What's the Job?

• Maintain and operate production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
• Measure and inspect parts for conformity and quality standards
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machine operation
• Start or restart equipment following power outages or interruptions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Machining experience preferred - Willingness to learn and develop machining skills (training provided)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to operate machinery and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
