All Shifts are Available / AM's and PM's - No Rotating Shifts
Various Starting Times 
A growing manufacturer in Appleton, WI is hiring for a number of Machine Operators. Both AM and PM Shifts are Available; 8, 10, and 12 hours shifts.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00

Shift: All Shifts are Available
NO Rotating shifts

What's the Job?

• Performs machine set up to ensure the quality and efficiency of material being processed and ensures the continual operation of the machine.
• Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to meet production deadlines.
• Must understand and be able to perform all helper duties to include: packaging, labeling, opening rolls, splicing, and roll tending.
• Must be able to competently utilize the company's ERP system (EPICOR) and any other necessary programs/systems required for the job.
• Must be able to read and understand both internal (Pro-Con) and external (customer) job tickets.
• First line of quality control; detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Follows the Standard Operating Procedure to report any problems with the beginning or ending product. Makes any necessary adjustments to correct the situation.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows the prescribed safety regulations.
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machine as required.
