Logistics Manager - Manufacturing

Vaco is partnering with a high-growth manufacturing firm in Waukesha County seeking a Logistics Manager to lead and scale domestic and international logistics operations through this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and develop a logistics team in a fast-paced, global manufacturing setting
• 
  Oversee inbound raw materials, internal flow, spare parts, and outbound logistics
• 
  Ensure inventory control across a large SKU portfolio
• 
  Drive cost savings via supplier and freight negotiation
• 
  Collaborate with global plants while expanding U.S. operations
• 
  Enhance documentation, automate workflows, and optimize ERP/VMS use
• 
  Clean up and structure logistics data to underpin future growth

Ideal Background:

• 
  5+ years in logistics/supply chain-manufacturing experience required
• 
  Expertise in negotiation, process optimization, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• 
  Strong inventory control and data analysis (Excel) skills
• 
  Experience with international coordination and high-SKU environments
