Our client is a boutique artist merchandising company based in Orange County. They work with some of the most impactful global touring artists in the alternative music space—think Coachella, Lollapalooza, Warped Tour, and beyond. Though they operate at a high level, they’re a tight, independent team doing highly custom, highly creative work for artists on the rise and at the top.

The Role

Our client is hiring a Logistics Manager to own the delivery side of the business—getting merch from the warehouse to the artist’s tour stop on time, every time. You’ll coordinate with freight providers, airport cargo, couriers, and production to make sure deliveries happen seamlessly. And if things don’t go to plan (as they often don’t in live music)—you’ll jump in, figure it out, and make it right.

Responsibilities

• Oversee touring merch deliveries for artists, ensuring timely arrival at festivals, shows, and venues
• Manage vendor pickups, courier scheduling, airport handoffs, and last-mile delivery
• Work closely with the production team and in-house driver
• Maintain accurate documentation and shipping records
• Step in to solve urgent delivery issues—including after-hours or weekends, when needed
• Track costs and work with accounting to close loops
• Keep internal teams aligned using Asana task/project tracking

Qualifications

• Experience/understanding of touring and how it relates to music merchandising
• Love having full ownership of your lane—start to finish
• Confident coordinating multiple shipments at once (air, LTL, courier, local pickups)
• Cool under pressure and love problem-solving
• Experience in logistics, operations, or production (no strict year requirement)
• Understand how important it is that artists have their merch on time for a show
• Detail-obsessed, communicative, and able to move fast
• Comfortable using Asana or similar systems to stay organized

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM PT
• Some after-hours or weekend flexibility expected for time-sensitive tour issues
• Salary: $68,000–$80,000
• Benefits: Full health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
