At Extol, our Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring materials and shipments are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. This isn’t a role where you’re just moving boxes - you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that touches every part of the business, from purchasing to project management. You’ll own your work, shape the role as the department grows, and know your efforts have a direct impact on our success.

This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of materials and equipment through our facility, from receiving and staging for production to shipping custom machines to customers. Strong candidates will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Manages all shipping and receiving activities with accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborates with project managers, buyers, and production teams to ensure materials and shipments are where they need to be on time and in the right condition.
• Maintains accurate ERP records and documentation for shipments, receipts, and returns.
• Contributes to continuous improvement efforts in logistics processes and systems.
• Takes ownership of the logistics area, promoting a safe, organized, and audit-ready environment.
• Approaches work with initiative, energy, and a customer-service mindset.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems for logistics transactions.
• Knowledge of freight methods (LTL, small parcel, dedicated truck, international).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hi-Lo certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Preferred: Hazmat shipping, crane certification, export/customs documentation experience.
