Location: Morton, IL (On-site, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst 2 to join our team supporting the Ground Transportation Operations Center (GTOC). This position plays a key role in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials in line with production schedules, ensuring efficient load planning and carrier management.
What You’ll Do
- Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine materials and personnel needs
- Examine documents and products to ensure completeness and compliance with standards
- Track and record production data including volumes, raw material consumption, and quality controls
- Manage inventory requisitions to meet production demands
- Collaborate with carriers, transportation operations, procurement, suppliers, and facilities to resolve issues
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems and Power BI dashboards for shipment tracking and performance analysis
- Support invoice content generation and approval of carrier fees
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and performance improvement initiatives with internal and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- Associates degree, some college, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Experience with inventory or transportation management platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze costs and accurately document information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Willingness to perform repetitive queue functions as needed
- Experience with Power BI, invoicing, or financial processes is a plus
- Knowledge of transportation or warehouse management systems is desirable
