Our client, one of the world's leading fintech businesses, is looking for a dynamic Litigation Paralegal, to join their collaborative team.

Working across the US and Europe, the role will involve partnering with law firms to manage debt collection, litigation, and consumer dispute matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming legal correspondence related to debt collection and consumer disputes.
• Coordinate and manage claims under debt collection cases
• Work with opposing counsel, law firms, and courts to advance cases effectively.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing settlement agreements.
• Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with international colleagues across Europe and the UK
• Evaluate bankruptcy notifications and other legal obstacles to claims.
• Identify technical violations and escalate issues as needed.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• 2-4 years experience in litigation, debt collection, or consumer-facing legal work.
• Experience working with law firms and opposing counsel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple small-value claims simultaneously.
• Be comfortable coordinating with international teams.
