LHH is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join a leading national defense firm in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, hybrid position—candidates must live in Miami, FL. We're looking for a paralegal with 4–8 years of litigation experience in general liability or construction defect. Trial experience is required.
In this role, you’ll support attorneys with case management, discovery, trial preparation, and expert coordination. You’ll also summarize medical and employment records, prepare subpoenas, redact sensitive information, and manage exhibits and timelines.
