Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience as a substitute for a degree. You should have a minimum of 6 years of software development experience, showcasing a deep technical understanding in specific disciplines or technologies. Additionally, possessing 4 years of experience in delivering technology solutions throughout all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle is essential, including leading code/design reviews. A basic understanding of one or more of the following is also required: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python. You must have proven experience in researching technical issues and generating innovative solutions, as well as addressing production issues through troubleshooting applications and systems. Strong communication skills to articulate technical challenges and solutions, coupled with a solid understanding of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals, are key. Experience with cloud technologies and tools is also necessary.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, coding, and testing complex tactical and strategic technical solutions across various technologies to integrate existing systems and tools. You will collaborate with Engineers or Architects within your team and occasionally reach beyond your domain. Leading code and design reviews, you will communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning. Developing complex algorithms to address business needs, you will investigate and resolve technical problems and production issues by directing troubleshooting efforts of end-to-end solutions. Additionally, you will mentor and coach engineers on design, development, and system maintenance; review teammates’ code; influence and assist in shaping the future of your domain’s architecture and quality standards; and optimize solutions by identifying and addressing system performance issues, including technical debt. Ensuring that risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to risk and compliance policies and procedures will also be part of your responsibilities.
