Job Description

Human Resources Administrator HEICO

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is currently seeking an HR Administrator. The HR Administrator supports the day-to-day human resources operations and assists with recruiting, Team Member onboarding, recordkeeping, benefits administration, timekeeping accuracy, training and compliance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and update Team Member records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination and preemployment onboarding tasks.
  • Process new hire documentation to ensure completion of all required forms.
  • Support payroll and timekeeping by reviewing timesheets.
  • Assist with Team Member questions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all Team Member and company information.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and processing documentation.


Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a work station for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of computers, phones and other standard office equipment.
