We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career while contributing to the success and well-being of employees. This role will provide administrative support to the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general employee relations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment. Requirements · Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred. · Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) is a plus. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. · Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
