Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Hotel Maintenance Technician:
Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests and work orders
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues
Assist with preventative maintenance programs
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and management to address maintenance needs
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes
Assist with emergency situations (e.g., leaks, power outages) as needed
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends
Job requirements:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience required
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
