Hotel Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Hotel Maintenance Technician:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)

  • Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests and work orders

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues

  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools

  • Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and management to address maintenance needs

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes

  • Assist with emergency situations (e.g., leaks, power outages) as needed

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience required

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general repairs

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

  • Background Check Required
