Seeking a Board-Certified Adult or/and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist in the role of

Chief Medical Officer

Since 1902, Summit Oaks Hospital, a 122-bed behavioral health facility, has been providing quality mental health care for youths (5–17) and adults (18 and older) who have been struggling with psychiatric and substance-use issues. The staff at Summit Oaks Hospital is comprised of psychiatrists, nurses, clinicians, and counselors. Position Highlights :

• Full-time, hospital-employed position.
• Clinical leadership role which includes an inpatient caseload of 12, and supervision of PMHNPs.
• Monday-Friday schedule with limited call.
• Fellowship trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist is preferred, Adult trained will also be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient experience, leadership experience preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited program 
• Board certified in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice in the State of NJ or the ability to obtain a NJ medical license
• Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
