Recruiter - Healthcare Experience
Location: Hybrid (Greenway Plaza)
Direct Hire

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with experience placing Travel Nurses and PRN's to work remotely in the US.

In this role, you will source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals interested in travel careers or PRN opportunities. You will be expected to provide a top-notch experience to healthcare professionals by initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service. Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred not required

• MUST have at least 2 years of experience in a metrics-driven recruitment environment.

• Enthusiastic about being part of a recruiting organization that recognizes your talent.

Compensation: Base pay with opportunity for incentive bonus pay based on experience and performance.
