Position Summary:
The Recruiting Partner plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end talent acquisition process by serving as an operational and strategic extension of the Clinician Recruiting team. This role ensures a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from application through hire by managing critical workflow steps within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data accuracy, and proactively driving timely candidate movement. The Recruiting Partner may also support full-cycle recruiting activities depending on business needs.

Essential Functions:

Candidate Journey Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout various stages of the hiring process.
    Ensure consistent, timely, and professional communication to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Manage required steps to efficiently move candidates through the pipeline.

ATS Management & Data Integrity:

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters to manage ATS workflows, including status updates, interview scheduling coordination, and communication templates.
  • Maintain real-time accuracy of all candidate data, activities, and communication logs in the ATS.
    Support offer creation and documentation consistency.

Workflow Optimization & Timeliness:

  • Monitor candidate progress and proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring workflow.
  • Communicate potential delays to Recruiters and Hiring Leaders and take action to prevent disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to key hiring timelines, Time-to-Fill targets, and process metrics.

Recruiting Operations Support:

  • Support elements of the recruiting strategy as assigned by the Recruiting Manager.
    Review applicants, conduct initial outreach or preliminary screenings, and assist with components of the offer process.
  • Provide backup support for full-cycle recruiting when needed.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners regarding candidate status and workflow activities.
  • Collaborate effectively to ensure a smooth and cohesive recruiting process.

Metrics & Performance Alignment:

  • Contribute to achieving key recruiting metrics such as candidate cycle time, ATS accuracy/compliance, and candidate experience scores.
  • Utilize data to ensure accountability and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality with sensitive business and candidate information.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and strong understanding of recruiting workflows preferred.
