MaxHealth is seeking a Data Analyst for our growing organization. The Data Analyst will use medical informatic data to analyze and disseminate best in class knowledge and reporting that will help to inform a data-driven approach to better patient care as well as supporting business decisions, and processes. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This position serves as a subject matter expert for MaxHealth' s strategies supporting physician practice evolution and movement along the value-based continuum.

Location- Tampa, FL

Must be able to work in our corporate offices accommodating a cadence as approved by manager. The ability to work

from home or remotely will be reviewed and may be allowed by manager.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience in Business, Finance, MIS, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting Tools (SQL, SSRS, Domo, Tableau).
• Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, modeling).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to grasp complex subjects and work independently to devise creative solutions.
• Individual initiative and desire to grow.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Can multi-task.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and help develop the data and analytics infrastructure that supports various downstream departmental processes, including provider performance, clinic performance and patient analytics.
• Serves as a primary technical subject matter expert for department processes and the creation of program reporting.
• Creates process documentation for both existing and new program reporting using tools including, but not limited to, Domo PowerBI, PowerApps, SQL, Salesforce.
• Develops financial models to project cost or estimate savings for specific business decisions.
• Develops and manages medical expense utilization projection models to support budget forecasting, pricing, and strategy development.
• Prepares and communicates trend analysis and recommendations verbally and in writing to committees, clinical staff, management, and clients.

General Duties

• Utilizes complex SQL and other technical skills to drive process improvement and assist markets in managing their value-based relationships.
• Works cross-functionally with various other departments in order to source and aggregate data elements for program administration and reporting.
• Maintains an atmosphere that supports customer service and patient satisfaction.
