About the Role:

This position is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and has a strong background in group fitness and coaching. As a part time coach and personal trainer, you’ll lead 4-12 group fitness classes per week as well as personal training sessions to get athletes prepared for group classes!

• Fitness Passion : You live and breathe health and fitness, and you’re eager to share that passion with others. You workout too. You don't just talk about it.
• Interpersonal Skills : You know how to connect with people, make them feel seen, and build lasting relationships. You're someone that people are excited to see and want to hang out with. You have a personality and can bring the energy.
• Flexibility : You’re available to coach early mornings and evenings, adapting to the needs of our community. You are a punctual person who is accountable.
• Team Player : You’re just as excited about fostering community and running events as you are about coaching.
• Certifications : Certifications in group fitness, CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2, or personal training, plus experience planning or managing events.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading group fitness classes, providing top-notch instruction and energy.
• Working out in a group classes at least 3x week. Walk the talk.
• Coaching and making people better each day. We aren't cheerleaders here.
• Assisting with programming and tailoring workouts for all fitness levels.
• Assisting with organizing nutrition programs.
• Acting as a point of contact for members, helping build relationships and ensuring everyone feels at home.
• Supporting gym operations, from tidying up to managing member inquiries.
