Summary

The Graphic Designer is a creative, detail-driven professional with a passion for crafting visually stunning designs that elevate and define unforgettable event experiences. From immersive branding to polished print pieces and dynamic digital assets, this role helps bring client events to life through visually compelling, strategically crafted design.

As a key link between the Associate and Senior levels, the Graphic Designer combines strong conceptual thinking with refined execution skills to develop complete design concepts, create comprehensive layouts, and ensure every visual touchpoint aligns with the event’s creative vision. Working with reduced supervision, they confidently collaborate with cross-functional teams, present work directly to clients, and apply consistent design solutions across multiple event applications

You’ll spend your days on the following

• Develop and present logo concepts and complete “look and feel” design options for clients, informed by creative strategy conversations
• Apply the selected look and feel across various applications—developing cohesive visual solutions and recommending application strategies that best support the client’s goals
• Create comprehensive layouts, graphics, and collateral for both print and digital platforms
• Produce a variety of event collateral and digital deliverables, including but not limited to:

o Pre-trip and welcome packets

o Amenity cards, labels, and specialty packaging

o Luggage tags, menu cards, place card

o Large-scale signage and directional materials

o Event websites

o Email marketing campaigns

• Present creative work directly to clients and internal teams
• Work with production artists and vendors to ensure accurate execution of deliverables
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through completion
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales, marketing, and client projects
• Stay current with design and development trends, applying insights to enhance project outcomes
• Provide constructive guidance to junior team members when appropriate

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
