Arcis Golf is looking to hire a Golf Outside Operations Supervisor for the Signature of Raven Golf Club in Tempe, AZ. Key Responsibilities include: Guest Services such as welcoming and assisting golfers with their bags and equipment, managing the golf bag drop area, coordinating tee times and cart rentals, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Staff Supervision duties include training, scheduling, motivating staff, and conducting performance evaluations. Equipment and Facilities Maintenance involves overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, clubs, and practice facilities, monitoring equipment functionality, and reporting issues. Inventory Management includes maintaining inventory of range balls, tees, and other golf-related items. Safety and Compliance responsibilities include enforcing golf course rules, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and addressing safety concerns promptly. Qualifications required are previous experience in golf course operations or a similar role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and team management abilities, knowledge of golf equipment and terminology, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
