About the Role
We are looking for a Global Supply Chain & Strategic Partnerships Manager to own supplier management and execution across our worldwide repair network. This role is critical to our business-ensuring suppliers deliver on time, at the right cost, and with the quality our customers expect. You will balance hands-on execution (sourcing, purchase orders, rebates, supplier audits) with strategic initiatives (lead time reduction, QMS improvement, commercial negotiations). As the business grows, this position offers the opportunity to expand its scope and impact over time, with visibility across senior leadership and global operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, terms, and rebates; partner with Commercial teams on margin opportunities.
- Manage global supplier relationships: performance scorecards, audits, corrective actions, and QMS compliance.
- Oversee supplier sourcing strategy and transactional execution, supported by our India back office team.
- Drive lead time reduction and quality improvements across key suppliers.
- Serve as the escalation point for supply chain issues that directly impact customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define KPSs, track performance, and drive supplier improvements.
- Present supply chain performance in monthly and quarterly business reviews; lead supplier business reviews and summits.

Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, distribution, or logistics (combination strongly preferred).
- Strong track record in supplier negotiations, rebate programs, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce lead times, improve quality, and drive cost savings.
- Comfortable in a lean, scaling environment- able to balance tactical execution with long-term strategy.
- Strong data and analytics orientation; able to turn metrics into action.
- Excellent communicator and influencer with internal teams and suppliers.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for supplier visits.
