HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a global construction company to hire multiple General Laborers. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience, STANDUP forklift operation skills, and a strong work ethic. The General Laborers will be responsible for handling warehouse operations, including receiving, loading/unloading, picking, and operating material handling equipment. Title: General Labor Location: North Phoenix Schedule: Mon-Fri 5A-4P (Sat OT sometime) Must have a vehicle and willing to travel between warehouse and construction site (10 mins drive). Type: Long-Term Contract (renew every 6 months) Pay Rate: $25/hr. Responsibilities Operate standup forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials. Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks efficiently. Perform heavy lifting and manual material movement. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace. Follow safety procedures and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment. Qualifications At least 1 year of forklift experience (standup forklift is a MUST). Ok with the built in overtime schedule & have the flexibility to travel between sites Familiarity with electrical pallet jacks and material handling equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment. Experience in receiving, loading, and unloading trucks. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse setting.
