We are looking for an experienced FP& A Senior Manager to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. In this role, you will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support long-term planning.
• Utilize Adaptive Insights to streamline financial planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial analysis into broader business strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements within the FP& A function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Support corporate financial planning initiatives and provide guidance on resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in corporate finance.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
