Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time . Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in .

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Process customer policy change requests.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• If not already licensed, we will help you with that process.
