Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at Vicevich Law in Butte, Helena, or Dillon, MT. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law. This includes client in take, client counseling, preparing and filing pleadings (petitions, parenting plans, adoptions, motions, child support forms, financial disclosures, expert witness reports, appeals), taking depositions; preparing exhibits and witnesses; hearings; and trial work. The role also involves addressing overlapping concerns in areas such as employment, criminal law, professional licensing, and more.
Qualifications
Compensation
$120,000 salaried with billable hour requirement or $80,000 with commission structure. Hollidays and paid time off.
