Job Description – Executive Assistant

Pay Range: - 35.00/hr. - $41.00/hr.
Contract Duration: 1 Year.
Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Model: Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote on Friday
Location: Washington, DC (1145 17th St NW)

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive who oversees global content strategy across multiple regions, including Washington, DC, New York, Los Angeles, and London. This role requires the ability to manage a fast-paced, highly dynamic schedule and provide seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

The executive oversees all content streams—including television, editorial, and social—and travels internationally on a monthly basis. The calendar is complex and fast-moving, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including international itineraries, and manage expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and regions.
  • Support departmental budgeting and track administrative workflows.
  • Maintain high professionalism when interacting with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a media organization or similar environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and interacting with C-Suite offices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience using Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Highly professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong time-management skills and comfort working with a busy, constantly shifting schedule.
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-oriented when managing a demanding calendar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
