Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for an Executive Assistant support a few members of our client's executive team. This position sits on site full-time in Baltimore and offers the opportunity to make a big impact across the organization with your work. Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across time zones.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Facilitate expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking as needed.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests, communications, and information flow.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and presentation materials.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating executive-level meetings, board sessions, and company events.
  • Drive follow-up on action items, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Draft and manage high-level correspondence, announcements, and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, partners, and staff across the organization.
  • Represent the executive’s office with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; C-Suite support highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
