Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Organize meetings, events, and company-wide initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and support executive priorities
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
