Chief Estimator - Commercial Construction

Are you a skilled Estimator with a passion for Commercial Construction projects? We are seeking a Chief Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in preparing budgets and plans for exciting construction ventures. As the Chief Estimator, you will be responsible for Preconstruction Services, utilizing your expertise to project costs accurately and ensure the success of projects.

Required:
+5 years of commercial construction estimating and/or preconstruction experience with a commercial general contractor
Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts
Advanced understanding of estimation metrics, data analysis, and research methodology

Nice To Have:
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
