Based in Carlsbad, CA , were seeking a professional whos not only technically skilled but thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where no two days are the same.

Your Mission:

• Command the entire estimating cycle for high-impact waterproofing and painting projects
• Decode complex blueprints and specs to deliver laser-precise estimates
• Collaborate across teams, from field pros to upper management, to craft standout bids
• Lock in the best deals with subcontractors and suppliers, your negotiation game is top-tier
• Keep project finances in check from kickoff to final coat
• Recommend smart, value-adding solutions that give us an edge

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in waterproofing estimating within the construction industry
• Strong project management and cost control background
• Skilled in interpreting construction documents and scope of work
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of contract terms and industry best practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
