Legal Assistant and Social Media Coordinator– Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation

Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: 401(k)

About the Position:
Karp Steiger is seeking a Legal Assistant and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive, flexible, and approachable office environment. No prior legal experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assistance with Social Media.
• Answering phone calls and greeting clients with professionalism and warmth
• Assisting attorneys with workers’ compensation and personal injury matters
• Word processing
• Social Media and other marketing efforts
• Ordering and analyzing medical records and bills
• Compiling information for settlement demands
• Preparing and organizing case materials and correspondence
• Managing digital and physical files to ensure accuracy and organization
• Assisting with basic marketing and client relations tasks
• Providing general office and administrative support

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and personable demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Prior marketing experience helpful, but not required
