You’ll work on cutting-edge sonic rotary and air/mud rigs across dynamic job sites, collaborating with a skilled crew to make it all happen. This role isn’t based on any particular location—assignments will vary by job site. The schedule is 3 weeks on, 1 week off, with travel and company-paid lodging provided . This role involves:
Operating and maintaining drilling equipment
Transporting vehicles and equipment to/from sites
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Logging data on-site via computer or mobile
Coordinating daily drilling activities with the team
Lifting and moving 50+ lbs.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Perform physical labor in dirty and challenging weather conditions

Valid CDL (Class A preferred; Class B acceptable) with manual transmission endorsement
Basic proficiency with smartphones/computers for timekeeping and expense reporting
Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform minor repairs
Experience with heavy equipment, drilling rigs, skid steers
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs., work in rough weather, and stay on your feet for long hours
Willingness to travel domestically (flights/hotels paid)
Ability to pass background, drug screening, and placement testing
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Experience in sonic drilling
Prior rig operation and field maintenance experience
