Salary: $15.00-$18.00/hour + Tips
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local pet grooming business to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Dog Groomer . This is a great opportunity to put your grooming skills to work in a supportive, pet-loving environment with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Groom dogs of all breeds and sizes, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling coats to client specifications.
Perform nail trims, ear cleaning, and other basic grooming services.
Consult with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming station and work area.
Expected Results:
High-quality grooming services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Safe, stress-free grooming experience for each dog.
Clean, sanitized, and professional grooming environment maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
Professional grooming experience required (portfolio or references preferred).
Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
