Job Description

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial model, partnering closely with business and clinical leaders.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support key initiatives, including product launches, clinical trials, and R&D investments.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor business performance, capital efficiency, and key milestones.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Support capital allocation decisions and scenario modeling to evaluate growth and investment opportunities.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between operational results and reported financials.

Investor Relations (IR)

• Support a proactive investor relations strategy in coordination with the CFO and CEO.
• Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and press release financial content.
• Support quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
• Maintain consensus model.
• Support investor conferences and maintain all relationships with IR vendors such as Nasdaq, Notified, and Business Wire.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to support both Investor Relations and Marketing teams, monitoring industry news and competitors' earnings calls.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to guide messaging and positioning.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of competing companies and technologies.
• Ensure all external communications comply with SEC and Reg FD requirements.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Clinical, R&D, and Commercial teams to ensure financial models reflect scientific and operational milestones.
• Work with internal teams and Legal to coordinate public disclosures and media messaging.
• Support board materials, fundraising activities, and strategic partnerships with robust analysis and financial insights.
