Creative Director to become a trusted partner to our clients, nurturing longterm relationships, driving value, and unlocking growth opportunities. If youre proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about helping customers succeed beyond the sale, wed love to meet you!

Location: Remote in South America or Portugal.

🧑💻 What Youll Do:

• Own postsales relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and growth with Awesomic.
• Act as the strategic point of contact for clients after onboardingguiding them, identifying opportunities, and building loyalty.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities (upsell/crosssell), work closely with sales and product to drive value.
• Conduct regular checkins and strategic reviews with clients to understand business goals and align service offerings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track key metrics related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with decisionmakers to become a trusted advisor.
• Monitor client usage, identify friction points, and solve issues before they escalade.
• Educate clients on features and new services that add value to their workflow.

🧑🚀 About You:

• 3+ years as a Creative Director / Project Manager / Account Managerpreferably in a startup, outsourcing, or creative agency setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, salesoriented mindsetyou love spotting opportunities and going after them.
• Highly organized and independent: you thrive in fastpaced environments and take full ownership of client outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou build trust fast and tailor your style to diverse client types.
• Familiar with tools like HubSpot.
• Strong psychological maturity to handle challenging or highpressure situations with resilience and professionalism.
